Large amounts of dust cannot be avoided in recycling facilities. Those primarily affected are the plant employees but the problem also impacts on the abutting owners and their properties. The importance of efficient dust control is increasing all the time owing to ever stricter legislation and due to the fact that housing estates are being built closer and closer to recycling plants.

The dust-laying sprayers developed by EmiControls can be integrated in recycling plants to optimum effect. They can be mounted on lifts, towers or platforms and can be easily operated by wired or wireless remote control or by PC.

A weather station also enables fully automatic control of the system depending on wind direction, temperature and humidity.
